Instead of portraying her in a video
\nwhere I tell the tale,<\/p>\n

transform you into a stag
\nso that predator becomes prey.<\/p>\n

My options swell
\nwhen I’m a goddess.<\/p>\n

My silver arrows ace your knife,
\ngun, arrogance.<\/p>\n

I deploy Nemesis
\nor rouse the sea to impede your journey,<\/p>\n

perhaps send a boar
\nto maim your mean old ass.<\/p>\n

COVID BRAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ambushed into rapture
\nBy a mind out of control,
\nRapture that rivets me
\nAnd my head at random<\/p>\n

Until the mind crashes,
\nPulled toward Earth
\nVia gravitational attraction
\nLike a sluggish satellite.<\/p>\n

Changing my mind
\nIs a monumental task,
\nAs gradual as turning a cruise ship.
\nOther days it snaps to quickly,<\/p>\n

Bestowing dish drainer bliss,
\nOr condemning certain conceits as dull.
\nTake the chicken out of the freezer.<\/em>

I am ordinary.

\nOr boxer-trounces deviancy.
